Accessing your Microsoft O365 email on your mobile device keeps you connected while on the go. This guide demonstrates how to set up O365 email on smartphones and tablets.

Objective:
You will learn how to configure Microsoft O365 email on popular mobile devices such as Android and iOS.

Steps:

For iOS (iPhone/iPad):
• Open the Settings app.
• Scroll down and select Mail > Accounts > Add Account.
• Choose Microsoft Exchange.
• Enter your full O365 email address and description (e.g., "Work Email").
• Tap Next. The device will try to set up your email automatically. If asked, enter the server name: outlook.office365.com
• Enter your password when prompted and choose Sign in.

For Android:
• Open the Settings app.
• Navigate to Accounts > Add account.
• Select Exchange or Corporate depending on your device.
• Enter your full O365 email address and tap Next.
• Enter your password and tap Next.
• If prompted for a server, enter: outlook.office365.com
• Follow any additional prompts to set up your account.

Precautions:
