The preferred and fastest way to get support is by using the Camin Cargo Control Support Desk portal. Email is an acceptable channel for submitting support tickets. However, emailed tickets may take longer to resolve as they may be missing information or need manual interaction to route correctly.

The support portal remains the fastest way to get support, even for emergency cases. Directly emailing support tickets may result in a delay as a technician reviews the ticket. Using the Support Desk and selecting the correct form will route your ticket and apply the correct priority to it.
